Return and Exchanges

SHIPPING

Orders placed with LUNIKA will generally ship within 2-3 business days. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email. Once an order is placed, it can not be modified or canceled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on all full-price orders* within 7 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

*Orders placed during online sales are final- no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
